Working hours and consultation dates

The working hours of the International Relations Office (IRO) for International Cooperation and ERASMUS+ activities are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.

The IRO is located on the first floor of the main building, across from the Student Affairs Office.

Consultations with the ERASMUS+/ECTS coordinator, Prof. Sven Menčik, PhD, DVM, are held exclusively on

15 October and 23 October: 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.; 29 October: 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

November 2026
5 November: 1:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.; 12, 19 and 26 November: 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

December 2026
3 and 10 December: 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.; 17 December: 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

January 2027
7 January: 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.; 14 January: 1:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.; 21 January: 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Email inquiries will be addressed as soon as possible and in the order in which they are received. We kindly ask all students to adhere to the above schedule, taking into consideration the teachers’ other academic and professional obligations.

The consultations will be held at the Department of Animal Husbandry and Livestock Production, according to the dates and times specified above.
