Fill out the online Application form and collect supporting documents needed to become a VEFUNIZG student, including the proof of payment of the application fee.

There is no entrance exam, but an application procedure needs to be followed.

Please send all documents in one .pdf  format file if possible. Do not use Google Drive/One Drive options, or do not send more than one mail. We have a lot of applications, so some emails can be missed!

Please send the documents to the following e-mail address: english.studies@vef.hr. In the subject line, please include the title: Admissions for English Studies and your name and surname.

Deadline for application submission: The admission round opens on the 1st of February 2025 and ends on July 1st. From the academic year 2025/2026, all applications must be made through the central Admission Office within the Agency for Science and Higher Education (ASHE). They are responsible for the final lists, which will be announced after July 16th. Their decision is final. After registering with ASHE on the www.postani-student.hr page, you need to select the Veterinary Medicine program on their portal.  It will be possible in February 2025 (1st of February, not sooner).  Just follow the instructions within the ASHE and www.studij.hr portal (https://www.studij.hr/all-about-applications)

The procedure is explained in the supporting documents link- call file above.

All unsuccessful candidates will be considered in the second round with no need to send the application form again to the Faculty email. Selected candidates who are on the final list in July and have gained enrollment key numbers will then have 2 weeks to secure their place by paying the tuition fees. Please check your mail promptly and regularly!!!!

In the first round, priority will be given to applicants who have already completed their high school education, although students in their last year can still apply.

The second admission round opens in July and ends in the middle of September.

Candidates will be selected based on their academic potential (grades, awards, etc.) and their personal experience as stated in the call (downloaded supporting documents file above)

Tuition fees must be paid in 2 weeks after the final list from ASHE.

Current tuition fees and payment deadlines. Payment is made directly into our bank account. Remember to quote your name when making a payment. This is important! Please write in the payment description: TUITION FEE: JOHN SMITH, Academic year 2025/2026. Do NOT write the name of the payer. Please state only your name and surname!

Plan early to ensure timely payment for study costs and watch for deadlines!
