In addition, the ethical principles that must be followed in the aforementioned difficult moments that are of great importance for the preservation of public health were discussed with an emphasis on the “One Health” concept. The lessons are organized through lectures and many workshops that encouraged the students to participate interactively in the program. In the end, the students were full of impressions and newly acquired knowledge. We are sure that the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, in its role as host, will successfully attract many students to participate in the Zoonoses Summer School in the coming years.
