“Internationalization of Higher Education” project begun

Within the Call for Proposals the Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine prof. dr. sc. Nenad Turk signed a contract worth 1.7 million kuna for the implementation of the project “Establishment of postgraduate specialist studies in veterinary medicine in English.”

 

 

The project will last for 2 years, and its goal is to establish specialist studies in English in the only higher education institution of veterinary medicine in Croatia. The implementation of the project will contribute to strengthening the language competencies of teachers, raising the quality of study programs and positioning the applicant institution at the international level. Developed and accredited study programs will meet the needs of veterinarians, and in the long run will increase the mobility of students and teachers and lay the foundations for joint studies. The project partner is the Croatian Veterinary Chamber.

The project was funded by the European Union from the European Social Fund, Operational Program Effective Human Resources 2014 – 2020.
