Faculty of 
The Veterinary Faculty of the University of Zagreb participated in Career Day in Velika Gorica High School organized by the Gorica youth club. Velika Gorica High School offers several different programs including a general high school program and a science and math based high school program.
The aim of the organizers was to introduce the faculties to the high schoolers in a casual environment motivating them to freely ask questions and to discover anything they were interested in regarding future studies, from admission requirements and study programs to employment opportunities.
Students Petra Ricijaš and Valentina Kos as well as Iva Lehunšek Panić, prof. Pedagogy, introduced our faculty and answered the high schoolers’ questions. We presented veterinary medicine to the students of this high school and we hope to have helped them choose their future professions. Along with our faculty, other faculties of the University of Zagreb presented themselves at Career Day in Velika Gorica.
